I am fully transparent and will not hide the fact that, presently, AMADOKS Sarl-S is a "one-man-show". Accordingly, I select clients I will want to work with based on the human factor (collegiality and simplicity of interactions), a clear understanding of what is my job and not my job, the sheer volume of the task, and finally the expertise required.
I do not report to anyone but myself, I am not attached to any federation or lobbying group, and can therefore advise and counsel in full independence.
I have gained strong expertise in the investment fund and asset management business through over 15 years of professional work in this field. As a Luxembourg native, I am well connected in the Luxembourgish eco-system and am able to navigate potential pitfalls. Yes, it's a small world.
With a courteous and prudent approach, I aim to take clear and decisive positions and consequently: actions. This pragmatic approach has served me well over the years.
The target audience of the services provided through AMADOKS Sarl-S shall be small-to mid-sized actors of the asset management and fund industry, that do not have sufficient or exhaustive local fund operations in Luxembourg.
All services can be executed through direct service provision, preferably paid on a timesheet basis.
Alternatively, I am happy to serve on your entity's board (e.g. Management Company and Funds) as an independent non-executive director. Such mandate will exclusively be accepted following a due diligence exercise and cost/benefit evaluation.
With 10 years of track record as a Luxembourg-based resident, authorities may accept any mandate submission on my behalf with comfort.
I speak several languages fluently and with great ease on the technical side. Namely: Luxembourgish, German, French and English. My Spanish is only basic and would not suffice to provide satisfactory fluent exchanges.
