Following my university education, I started my professional career as an institutional client advisor in the "multidisciplinary" department of investment fund services. This five-year experience shaped my knowledge, from an operational and regulatory point of view, of all types of structures and of the national, European and global influence of this industry with strong Luxembourg roots.

In the same vein, my almost nine years as (young) Managing Director of RAM Active Investments (Europe) SA (a regulated entity, launched from a blank sheet of paper, and now owned by a large Italian banking group), allowed me to develop my skills towards corporate management functions: from the simple coordination of teams, through the technicality of algorithmic portfolio management to governance and reporting to my Board of Directors. I would describe my expertise as thorough, transversal, pragmatic and very solution-oriented.

As a multilingual Luxembourger, the continuous exchanges with international clients, industry players, my shareholder (listed on the Milan stock exchange) or the local regulator, have also allowed me to develop a solid relationship with these players, while reinforcing my diplomatic and negotiation skills.
Furthermore, I would like to highlight my experience as head of the general secretariat (and secretary of the bank's executive committee). I was in charge of project management and coordination of strategic missions as well as the management of the secretariat of the bank's holdings. This experience strengthened the governance aspect of my skills and intensified my integration into the fabric of the Luxembourg economic and financial world. Above all, this experience in the general secretariat enabled me to demonstrate rigorous discipline, a great sense of detail and indispensable discretion (e.g. with regard to human resources issues, but also with regard to strategic and long-term projects).

More recently, I decided to make a rather abrupt career change: from the financial world, I opted for the plant world of the landscape gardener! Trying to contribute to the building, the long-term and sustainable interest of my daily work is important to me, and so, I decided to progressively manage and take over a plant nursery and landscape gardening business.
Throughout my career, I have continuously accepted professional and human challenges, and I would like to consider any collaboration via AMADOKS SARL-S as a further attractive challenge that could marry many of my most cherished convictions and desires (entrepreneurial spirit, ambition, fairness, openness, accessibility, neutrality and determination).
